Jewelcrafting This WoW Jewelcrafting Guide details the most efficient method of leveling Jewelcrafting from levels 1 to 525 in the World of Warcraft. Jewelcrafting is a primary profession (of which you can only choose two at any point in the game) and allows your character to create a variety of items such as necklaces, rings and trinkets as well as gems for socketed items. Jewelcrafting complements the Mining profession very well, as Mining can provide many of the raw materials required for Jewelcrafting.

Updated for patch 4.2

This guide focuses on making the training path easier by using designs that can be learned from Jewelcrafting trainers and designs with the most easily obtained materials. It also looks to make the items that will prove most cost effective at each stage.

Prospecting

The gems required for Jewelcrafting are usually found at varying frequencies when mining mineral nodes. Jewelcrafting also provides an additional option for acquiring gems known as Prospecting. 5 ore of the same type are consumed by each Prospecting attempt and results in 1-3 gems being discovered. No Jewelcrafting levels are gained from Prospecting.

I am BS and miner, decided to drop mining for JC, before I do it I wanted to gather mats, and that’s what you miss and it’s most important to me, overall mats req.
Also you wrote what to do, but not how many, there’s only info 1-35 copper wire, stone statue.
Everything else looks great, it’s clear, and simple.
