Your lockpicking skill is restricted to 5 x level. So at level 70, your maximum lockpicking skill is 350. At level 71 you will be able to skill up to 355, and so on.

I am a level 70 rogue and my LP is at 350 but I can not find a trainer or such to raise the level I have lots of chest to open but I am not getting credit or them. do you have to be a certain level to go past 350 and if so what level or is there someone special that has to train you?

Just a note, blacksmithing can be an alternate to lockpicking as you can make keys at certain levels that do the same thing.

You can just select your lockpicking tools before you work the lock. That way it will ignore your key.

as far as keys go use the pick lock button on your action bar and then select the door

While I haven’t done it myself, I am lead to believe you can store your keys in the bank, and then go and pick these locks.

But as from lvl 350 how can i proceed ? I mean what door in Karazhan allows me to use my lockpick as i have all my keys ?
Same with shatterd Hall ? I have the key for it, how does that work ?

As a rogue, your LP skill will increase 5 points per level. Not only when you go train. Just a heads up.
